I have given order to jio mart app with order no. 15977473989074980A on 18th Aug.20 of this month . Till date we did not received. The online app shows the status product is delivered on 27th Aug 2020 but product is not delivered without getting any pin for delivery nor call.
Poor customer support. Mail, phone, and WhatsApp or direct any mode no one given the response. I had never expected this type of family support from JIO.
Its a prepaid order .
I am requesting kindly resolve my problem at the earlist.
