My mother ordered mangoes from the website trustcarts.in through Instagram, order for mangoes worth 285/- were placed and details given. But once the transaction happened there was no confirmation or anything, there is no helplne number, just e-mail ID to which they never reply. We got scammed, thankfully the amount wasn’t big. But it irks me how do such frauds operate on huge social media platforms with impunity, imagine the lakhs he made from scamming naïve people. Anyone know how to make an official complaint ?
