Text of Complaint by Debendranath Sahoo:

Using “My Jeo” app I have sent an amount of Rs 209/- by internet banking to recharge my phone 8247789757 on 22/07/2023.
Again on 24/07/2023, using the option “recharge for a friend” (shown in “My Jeo”), I sent Rs 209/- by internet banking, to recharge my wife’s phone 6304337187.
Only my phone has been recharged. My wife’s phone has NOT been recharged.
Attached herewith is the bank statement file showing the transactions.
What happened to my second recharge?
