Hi,
This has informed to you on 1 November 2025 at 12pm, I had done online recharge with rs. 349/-prime Starter pack for 28 days and no. provided 8850959499. There was mentioned you will receive jio sim within 24 hr . at your doorstep. and it will activate after 30 minutes. But I have not received any sim card yet to my current address and not get my refund rs. 349/- till date. I have tried to call customer care so many times, but they have not helped me to provide sim card or refund related. Once I told them please give my refund if you have not provided sim card with 24 hr. They were said that after 1 month it will cancel automatically, and you will get your refund in your account.
So its kindly requested to you please give support to get my refund.
