I recently ordered a giant bean bag from Livecozy website worth of Rs 1198. They were advertising in Instagram and Facebook.
After ordering I didn’t get any shipping details or tracking information.
Contact number and email id mentioned on site are not working.
They have accepted payment only through UPI paytm.
Advertising on such popular social networking platforms may lead to many fraudulent cases.

When I’m trying to open that website, it is showing coming soon.
Attached a screenshot of website and as well as the order which I have placed.

Please take an action immediately and also seeking justice.
