I have ordered for Note 7 Pro (Neptune blue, 64GB, 6 GB RAM) mobile phone from Shine Summer (GSTIN:06ABFGA1000M1ZN)through facebook. Thier customer email ID reachusforenquires@gmail.com, Customer care No.8447215464.
The cost of mobile is Rs.3000/. But received totally different two small phones. It was reaLly shocking. I did not expect this much fraud from the company. I want refund. Please help me what to do.
