I saw a promotional offer on Facebook which stated a combo pack of 3 wireless earphones from Sony costed 1670 only. I ordered that ordered that from the site musicmart.in . I have received only one wired substandard earphone which is not even original.
I wanted to write a complain to their email id. However the email id does not exist and the mail got undelivered.
I would claim a compensation for the same and also request you to investigate the fraud and ensure they cannot do such fraud any further .
