I have ordered a sofa from vyld through online Google app and made a payment and recived a mail of payment after that the company is not responding for my any mail and not showing any delivery details rather I have called for customer care the person are asking my bank details and asking about my bank balance and asking to put UPI pin and everytime they are saying that my order is cancelled and the money will refund from today but that today didn’t came from past 2 weeks i kindly request you to help me out from this fraud and help in refund my money.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
