Dear Sir,
An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in.
I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no. PDS5135, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 3rd June 2020 Payment of Rs 2999 was made thru my debit card which got creditted in the name of Anki t Jain.
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response and afraid that its a fake seller who had done the fraud.
More than 3-days had passed but no response from the seller. I had tried connecting with the seller over mail but no success.
Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
