Purchased 2 readymade dresses from Myntra with Order ID # 1319336 60367586815003 for which I received a parcel with wrong product and the other product i didn’t even receive.
I raised a complaint with Myntra customer care regarding this and the reply i received from them is that they have delivered the product and my complaint is rejected.
Even I tried to reach out the delivery boy with the order ID for which he says he delivered one product and the other shipment is missing.
