I purchased a cordless ear phone, online on 24.06.2021, as cash on delivery mode (Ordr #39745)
I handed the parcel from Music mad by handing over the price specified in the confirmation mail (Rs. 1699/- Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) from your company..
Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel, it contained a corded low cost headphone.
