I had ordered a chair online through chairestock.in when they advertised as Stock clearance sales.. They confirmed the order vide ref CS1124 on 22Jan2022. I am unable to contact them now as their website is not working now. The gmail id which was given in the order is also not responding. This looks like a scam and should not be encouraged. There are many other shops like this initiating similar sales through Instagram and many people have suffered with these scamsters.
Reaching out to you with a hope of recovering the money or at least stop these scamsters from advertising through Instagram or FB and cheat the public.
I did try to raise the issue with my Credit card service provider but there is option only for Unauthorized transaction charge back and no provision for these type of fraud . Hence reaching out to you to get this fixed and no other person gets cheated.
