Sir,
This is to inform you that, I have submitted an order for Surgical mask at Amazon site, but even after 50 days I have not got the product, already in several times I contact with them but no fruitful result has come out.
The fact is an order was initiated for nose mask on dated 10-04-2020, vide order no.- 407-9689168-6845154, The seller is SHOP-TO-SHOP & location is Rajkot, Sokhda.
Above 50 days have been passed, the product was not delivered till date.
On the other hand, I ordered hand Sanitizer, order No.- 407-1016145-0871540, dated- 10-04-2020, seller location is Gurgaon, Begumpur, Which was delivered within 7 (seven) days.
Next I ordered Lifebuoy hand Sanitizer, order no.- 407-2345470-7298705, dated 30-04-2020, seller location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, which was delivered after only 6 (Six) days.
My latest order was Surgical face Mask, order ID is 407-4240951-5440361, dated 04-05-2020, came from Panipat within 9 (Nine) days.
In the above circumstances it is clear that the seller SHOP-TO-SHOP is not interested to deliver the product, Now, I already requested to cancel my order and return my money, but no fruit full result has come out.
