I placed an online order for a NFC Samsung DIY smart case with E Ink Technology for Samsung S22 Ultra for ₹1099 from (Luxe Covers, Prestige Outlet) on 9th October 2024 with order ID No #LC115790. The order got delivered on 14th October 2024 and upon receiving the same I made a payment by UPI to the delivery agent. On unboxing the parcel, I found 2 cheap phone case instead of what was shown and mentioned in the advertisement and also the product description. I received the order confirmation and logistics details all from +918448845448 with name of nimbuspost on WhatsApp. I request the law to please take necessary action and punish the offender, also request the court to help me get my money back. Such online fraud activities need to stop at the earliest.
