I have made an online prepaid order of T Shirt and Shirt vide order no 20194426 dated 17.09.2020 and the consignment was scheduled to be delivered on 23.09.2020. However, tomy dismay the expected delivery date is chanding everyday and the current delivery date as is shown is 12.10.2020. The order was a prepaid order therefore the payment of the articles ordered has been made at the time of booking i.e. on 17.09.2020. I have e-mailed the company several times but unfortunately no response has been received till date. Now I would resquest you to kindly see that the articles ordered is delivered or refund is made of the full amount in my Bank account as soon as possible.
