- I booked a ticket for RS. 3363/- via Travolook. But as soon as the money got debited from my bank, the website showed an error and I have not received any mail or even message regarding my ticket till now. When I called to ask them what was wrong, an employee from customer care; by the name Harpreet stationed in Gurugram spoke with me. She took all my details( email, phone number, name) and the told me they haven’t got the money yet, so when they do, they’ll send it back.
- this made me go online and I found scours of the same kind of review with just one complaint. The money was deducted and never refunded.
I am a student and needed to go back home in the midst of corona. Saving up took a while and now it has been phished. I hope you can do something.
