Dear sirs,
Please be informed that today I paid Rs.48/- to recharge 3GB data for 28 days through online payment mode vide txn# 912111197254 dt.01/05/2019 by SBI Debit Card but balance for data shows nil. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and refund me the said amount to my account at the earliest.
