I had purchased an Airtel Dongle (Hotspot) some time back. I was able to pay the bill for the dongle from the Airtel website. But for last three four months, there is no provision for making payment for Hotspot on the website. There is a provision to make payment through the app but only option is to pay through Airtel Payment Bank. There is no provision for making payment through a debit or credit card. In a way Airtel is forcing us to make payment through the Airtel Payment Bank which is unethical.
There is no provision for reaching out to the customer care executive to request for a duplicate bill. Airtel is grossly neglecting the Hotspot user and i think other users shall also be facing the same problem.
Kindly help us in reaching out to Airtel for resolution of our problems.
