I had ordered a provogue shoe from flipkart, which on 13/08/2019 was going to deliver on my address. As usual, I got the link of Ekart to make payment through phone pay. Firstly made the payment through phone pay, but because of some unknown issue I didn’t get the 4 digit key which I should receive through SMS on my registered mobile number, the delivery boy told me that “this is common issue sir, you can make payment through cash on delivery, after that your money deducted will be refunded to your account ”
I was waiting for the key but after some time since the delivery boy was not willing t give the product without that key and I want the product that day,
I made another payment through my debit card and got the product.
BUT, the most interesting part starts now, I am trying to call customer service of flipkart to solve my issue, they are acting like a dead .
from 13/08/2019 I called them more than 30 times, every time on executive say that consulting team will contact you within 48 hours.
Once they called too but that too makes no sense, when I sent them all the transaction made by me to them via mail, since then they are totally neglecting the issue, no one gets in touch me even after calling many times. The best part comes today when I tried to call them they just put my call on hold and the call got disconnected after 30 minutes of hold.
