I have bought medicine – Quantum Proflex bottle of 120 capsules at price of 1375 on their company website – www.quantum-naturals.in and made online payment of 1375 Rs on 30th June 2021. Even I got the payment confirmation receipt as attached herewith. I have not reveived any medicine and not any update regarding this from this company – Quantum Naturals with address – Plot No. 42, Sector – 5, IMT Maneser, Gurugram-122050. Haryana, India. Tel: +91 124 4225012.
I have sent emails to their customer care and also tried to call them but no any response received. I am doubtful that its may be fraud company. Request concern authority to look into the matter and arrange refund.
