Text of Complaint by J. Sargunam:

I initiated payment of Rs.675, by online transfer, to Charis Initiatives 0n 12.03.2021 from my SBI account through PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The transaction Ref. No. is 11000011714276IGAKSGRGW2. Transaction failed in the middle of the transaction after the bank paid the amount to PASFAR by debiting my account. The amount of Rs.675 has neither reached the intended payee nor has been refunded to my bank account till date (16.03.2021).
