I placed order #KT2022-09-9636 on 10/9/22. Received an email confirmation but no delivery date. Called four times to enquire on their notified Help Line: 09811660096. Each time the automated service informed customer care person was busy and disconnected.
It was then I suspected fraud and found complaints dating back to August.
