Hi,
I am Madhuri. I have ordered a Bluetooth wireless speaker of rs 999 with shine summer.in and money is paid by netbanking.They send me a confirmation email then.But i wanted to change the address and replied on the customer service email id given in their website i.e., help@shinesummer.init but that shows faulty address with DNS errors.Hence I am filing this complain.
