I ordered a dress from the website on the Moongoddess Instagram page one year ago, but I still haven’t received the product. When I try to call, the call rarely connects. Even when it does connect occasionally, they keep saying it will arrive next month or by the end of the current month. Earlier they said it would come in November, then December, and now when I called in March, they said it would arrive by the end of this month. But I still haven’t received it.
