I had placed an order for 2 T-shirts online with Luckymen (https://theluckymen.com/pages/about-us) and made Online payment of Rs674 on 24.06.2020. I got the confirmation of Order and Payment Receipt. But since then there is no response to mail or no communication from the seller.

I purchased a shots product online from theluckymen.com website/app (through Instagram advertisment) of Rs. 377/- (Order No: T3829) on the 24th June 2020 & paid it via PayTM to CC Avenue Gateway Order ID: 109883916218. PayTM Wallet Txn ID: 30277412850 with successful transaction however till date I have not received the product neither I have not received any information about getting it. When contacted i was told that a tracking number has been sent however no tracking number was mentioned in the mail. & no info of the sender. It is a total fraud company. I want my refund. Help me!! Thanks
