Text of Complaint by Anuranjan Kumar:

Hi have ordered a guitar with some combo items from bajaao.com on 27th June and they said it will be delivered within a week’s time. I maid full payment online and have all the details. I kept checking status of order but even after one week there was no change in status and hence I called customer care and they told it will be done soon and its stuck because of lockdown. I waited for few more days and again called customer care and same story was told. I call to bajaao customer care on daily basis and hearing new excuses everyday. Sometime they tell its because of lockdown in Pune but when I told that I am receiving other couriers daily then they say it will be done by today evening and tomorrow again the same story. I can’t cancel the order as well because I don’t know whether they will return my money as looking at their working style I am very much annoyed.

I sent couple of emails as well but they hardly respond to emails. I need the resolution of this ASAP.
