I have ordered a mobile on 6th aug 23, payment also done from iqoo.com website, order I’d has been generated, but till date not delivered, so I called to customer care multiple times, they told that due to their technical glitch it’s delayed . I asked for the cancellation that also not done, they just block our money and time passing.
