With reference to the order placed by me for BTS merchandises, It has been almost 1 week since the order has been placed and still I have not received my order. I have got a mail saying it is out for pickup. I have mentioned the delivery address but still there is no proper response on the same. While tracking the shipment details, It is showing that 25/05/2022 the pickup was cancelled by customer on attempt. I have not received any call from your end regarding the delivery. Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have mentioned to send the delivery but it is still showing order received. Please kindly help in this matter & do the needful as soon as possible.
