I purchased wireless vacuum cleaner looking at the advertisements and videos given about the product. Order no reference Invoice No- EZ147929 dated 19 May 2023. Also website stated return possible within 30 days. But after getting the product realized that the product is nowhere and fake duplicate as shown in advertisement and not usable at all. The phone number given is always in switched off mode. I sent mail regarding refund of product on the same day of delivery, but there is no reply from the vendor. Very worst product at all. Request you to take action again these unscrupulous people.
