I ordered a pair of shoes on 15/06/19 from Alberto Torresi and received small size for which I requested to exchange. After consistent following up through mails and calls they sent me wrong product. Then i again told them about this. But since then they are giving me false promises. I took up the matter on their customer support centre thorugh mails and calls but i was again and again told by them that “tomorrow you will get the order” but in that whole month passed and I didn’t receive my order.
payment already made on 15/06/2019.
i was harassed by the company on daily basis. They put me on mental pressure. Neither they delivered the product nor they initiated the refund.
now i request you to please file a case against them.
