I made a payment of Rs 19800 on 19th January 2024 and i could not fill deposit form coz it was crashed. Later on i called agent and tell him the whole story they kept telling me that we have forwarded your request to finance team later on they told me credit has been done on your gaming ID but infact it was never done. I am still chasing them they even blocked me on the support service. Please Resolve the issue. My gaming id is 147900335.
