On 3rd May 2021 , scarlet companies called me saying they have form filling job . Each form would earn Rs34. When I said I am interested, they asked me to fill details (Id proof , selfie pic, signature) in the website. When filled, they took those details and made an agreement by themselves and sent the agreement.When asked about it , they said we need not bother about it , its just company’s formality. After starting work , First 2 days I completed my work. On third day ,the page logged out itself, so I tried to log in . But it says my account blocked due to multiple logins-but that is not multiple logins. Now , for repairing , they are demanding Rs. 6900 or asking to cancel work and pay Rs.5900, else they are saying they would take action legally . I said that I want to leave the job. I paid Rs. 5900 to their account details shared by them. Then they shared a mail to me that my work is cancelled because you paid Rs. 5900 for cancelling the work. I think it is over. But after 10 days ( 18th may 2021) an advocate associate sent a mail to me for they move to legally. I don’t know what is happening there? Then I received a call from Sanjay Patel from scarlet company they asked me to pay the payment such as 1 lakh or else do the work until 11 months without salary. Otherwise they were move to the court. I blocked all the numbers. Then the next day (19th may 2021) , an advocate association( +918155006437) messaged me through watsapp . That includes come to the court and my case file in the gujarat high court. I blocked all their numbers. Can anyone help me? This is complete fraud. They are doing the same with everyone. please don’t accept such their offers and calls..
