On June 20, 2025, I, Rahul Lahot, was contacted by a representative claiming to be from Bluesky Finance, offering a personal loan. They requested an OTP for a ‘credit score check.’ Without my consent, Total ₹18,000 in 3 Transactions 8000,7000 and 3000 was debited from my SBI account via an unauthorized e-mandate linked to Globelink Techservices OPC Pvt Ltd (A-306, Swastik Universal, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007, CIN: U74999GJ2022OPC134941). I received an ACH mandate message for ₹8,000, ₹7,000 and ₹3,000 which I did not authorize. On June 27, 2025, I filed a cyber complaint with the Aurangabad Cyber Cell (reference number: 31906250106446). After persistent emails, SBI canceled the mandate but refused a refund, citing internal policies, despite RBI guidelines mandating zero liability for unauthorized transactions reported within 3 days. I emailed Globelink (director@globelinktechservices.com) and SBI’s higher authorities, but received no response. A Globelink representative called, admitting the issue but claimed legal action would take ‘years.’ Similar frauds are reported against Globelink (e.g., ₹24,000 by Ashutosh Mishra, ₹15,000 by VEDA on Consumer Complaints Court). This indicates a systematic scam using fake loan offers and OTP misuse. I seek a refund of ₹18,000, compensation of ₹20,000 for mental harassment, and litigation costs, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.”
