First of, they obtained my private information including my contacts on my phone and using it to defame my name and disclosing my private information to my contacts. This is clearly, a violation of my DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS Sections 25 to 32.
Second, according to the USURY LAW they violated the implementing rules and regulations about putting or adding ridiculous amount of interest fees and other fees.
Third, under your law, SEC MC 18 or Unfair Debt Collection Practice they are not allowed to use profane words, or using their illegally obtained personal information to harass you or text blasts you and calls blasts you.
Fourth, threatening to sue me under some articles that don’t even have connections to my debt, and threatening to use their illegally obtained personal information of mine to texts and calls my friends and relatives falls under GRAVE THREATS of Revised Penal Code.
Please make an action to this said online application before they harassed me even more and not just me, but to harass anyone who they lured into applying to them.
