I have taken a loan of Rs. 6000.00 and I have already paid the amount on the due date. But they had not updated the amount reciept at their end on app portal. Now they are torchering me to repay the amount again from last 5 days. And saying that pay the amount otherwise they will send your details on their family & friends contact numbers. I have also registered my complaint on government Cybercrime portal and checked the status of my complaint, it is still showing pending. I want to request you to solve this problem at the earliest and take a strict action on this application as they are torchering so many people at this time. Hoping for your earliest response.
