On 20th June, 2020, I got a call from OC Technology,gujrat, (7211197423) for Captcha filling job. He told me to do 10,000 captcha and offered 30,000rs salary. He said after completing work i will get my payment and i have to pay 6,900rs(Six Thousand Nine Hundred) registration charges which will be deducted from the 30,000 salary. He asked for photo id proof, mobile no., email-id which I gave and said that i will get a call for verification which will be recorded after which I received that call, agreed for digital agreement after which i received email on my emailid for agreement from “agreement@onlineformfilling.co.in”. It had 2 documents 1) Legal agreement 2)Acceptance Letter. After that i received another email from “dptworkload2898@gmail.com” which had login id and password that was assigned to me. Then i did some resesrch on internet and found that this was a fraud company and they were threatening people for money and there portal didn’t even accept the work done by people so I backed out from this and messaged them on whatsapp that cancel my name and i don’t want to be working with you. Ahter 29th June I started getting calls from fraud Advocates (as shown in truecaller) and Advocate Association to which i did not respond and i kept ignoring calls and emails from them.

On 3rd October,2020 I got call from ‘9909766183’ , it showed ‘Legal Officer Cibil Specialist’ On truecaller marked spam and they threatened me to pay fine/dues to OC technology under breach of contract and not completing work  or else they will lodge FIR if I disconnected the call and will have to pay 2,50,000 penalty in court and they also used terms like Indian arbitrary court and jail and arrest which pressurized me and I paid 6,000 using debit card after which I will be free of all this matter as they said. then they transferred call to some other line and they threatened me to pay more and took 18,950 rs in total after which I was terrified and I told my parents who then advised to block the number and after seeing where the money was debited we came to know that this was all fraud company and even after paying so much I received a message on  my number from BR-SMSHLP saying that an FIR has been filed in my name.

Please be safe from these job advertisements and do not entertain any person or company who is asking for money/registration fee or anything before starting work.

Please help and see if anything can be done in this matter and also help any more innocent job seekers from getting robbed by cons and frauds like these.
