I applied for jobs on quickr jobs 17th april,2021 and got a call that evening from a woman saying I got a job at wise data media us for data entry where I will have to complete 520 forms in 6 days. They told me it was urgent and then asked me to send a photo of my aadhaar card and soon sent me an email about confirmation and over the call said that if i got 90% accuracy in data entry I would be paid 12900 rs or else if i didnt finish in time or didnt submit or was accuracy less than 90% i was to pay them 5300 they said it all to me on the phone after they asked me for my sign and picture and it was too late by the time I realised that they had a fake agreement. I Started the next morning without any idea and after a while the woman who asked me to contact her if i needed help shut off her mobile. I also realised it was an impossible task for anyone to do it in 6 days and my mother when i told her asked me to check the internet again and I found this list of complains at the end of the search list. I started to panic and i had another number from quickr jobs a woman who said she was from their west Bengal branch of quickr jobs. I called her and told the matter and asked what to do and she said this is a scam job and that many other complaints she had about this and that i should stop working on it immediately nd block them on sites and phone. I did that and now I think they are trying to reach me again. I want strict actions to be taken against such people and fraudalent scammers. The matter should be handled seriously so everyone like me gets justice.
