Dear sir/madam
This is Shakadari from Arakkonam , i have to order Amazon India Ups inverter on 4th may for 6 month EMI option in HDFC debit card , in 21st may received msg from Amazon , Order shipping can’t delivered product, refund will be return ur account.iam waiting for the Refund amount 4 to 5 days not received , msg received from 22 may 2025 refund process , i have talk with customer care asking 4 to 5 days refund will be done , but 6 Days going never refund money. I have checked with HDFC Bank ther asking Still not done refund and EMI will be automatically detect in 5th date ( statment checked no reviews refund ), i have continued call with amazon customer care but refund issue not solved , bank side need ref/Transaction ID from Amazon ,but Amazon customer care asking creat complaint again Next 5 Days need for given ref id. Iam very suffering and mentally affect . Product not receive and refund not receive, but Emi only reminder , what I do . Amazon customer service always skip the days only not given ref id and solution , who paid this EMI, iam so suffering and very disappointed .
Note: Ups inverted order only for my dad heart patient and lungs issue ,using only for oxizen machine .That purpose only for order but Amazon side making me very disappoint.please need for solution .
