on 03-aug-2018 mad two transaction for Vodafone bill payment using internet banking one was credited and second is still pending to credit, but only one payment credited in Vodafone , after this i raised complain in icici – as per icici in bank statement payment information showing payment was successfully done.
then i raised complained in Vodafone as per Vodafone they have not received transaction
both icici and Vodafone – informed me in mail/ confirmation mail that icici payment was done contact your biller (payment details are available in bank statement ) and Vodafone given confirmation mail that they have not received such translation and request me to contact bank for this transaction.
means both party not provide any solution, i think due to payment gateway issue icici not provide solution or may be Vodafone hiding system issue.
