Dear Sir
I had ordered some cloths online from Ajio vide order FN7493605509 and some of the products delivered are incorrect product.

I have been following up with their customer care team and they have requested to share images of the product and its cover with bar code number.
I have received the incorrect product and size is also different. I have spoken to customer care many times, but only one reply, that images to be send again.. I have sent in JPG, PNG and PDF format, pasted on mail body.
Inspite of sending many times, they are asking again to send images. I have escalated to Grievance officer, but he is also replying the same, inspite of sharing images, thear are asking again and again.
Hence sending you the details of the product product. The mail communication witj AJio team as well as the images is enclosed.
