Dear Sir,
My name is Tamsil Haider Sayyed Living in PUNE Maharashtra.
I am playing online gaming from last December on 9winz.com its gambling site.
When I played and having some issue about my payment 9winz team told me there registration is in curacao which is out of India. So I leave that thing at that time. But today I have some payment issues which doubt able about there activities which is handle in India.
I ask them to show me INDIAN Government NOC or Authority to handling online gaming from India. after that I have got a call from there end we will release your payment but we cant provide you INDIAN Government letter or NOC.
Kindly look into matter because I have Doubt about this site may be they don`t have any Authority letter or they are saving governmental Taxes
