The complaint is about ruhan book publication. It’s a novel writing job. They have package of several amounts. I paid 1000 as security amount and their terms and conditions is mentioned as we have to submit and courier once the project is finished withing the time. But they refuse to send the address. They don’t respond back anytime. It’s already 1 week I completed the project but no response from their side for the submission or payment. Waste of time, money and energy.
