I booked flight from Lucknow to Mumbai on 11th May 2021 on travolook.in. The ticket was not booked but amount of Rs 5594 got debited and I received an automated mail stating that amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Till date I have not received money and it’s been more than 100 days and I am following up continuously with them via phone and mail but to no avail. Kindly help me get my money back.
