Dear Team

Please assist how to get my money Rs 1294/- (paid cash on delivery) back for order id #18232 which I paid for 2 pieces of product but received a single used torn pathetic saree instead. The contact number the email id the customer return/refund column mentioned on the site are all fake. The Customer Care number is always busy emails not responded refund order accepted through the website but nothing done later no type of contact. I complained to India Post who are the delivery partners of the site they also did not help. I am attaching the image of the receipt which was on the packet for you reference. Please help me to get back my hard earned money and also other people to not get trapped into the pitfall of such websites.

The warehouse is in Surat order confirmation calls received from Kota. It’s a big fraud racket which is just fooling the people around.
