I’ve received a call from a lady on 21/10/2022 at 1:29 pm saying she is from Nykaa and told me the details and amount of my last purchase from NYKAA app and told me that I’m shortlisted from gift. She told me that 5 gifts: LED, AC, Refrigerator, Dell Laptop and iPhone. She said that she will transfer my call to their finance supervisor and he asked to make payment of Rs. 5000 and I’ve made a payment of Rs. 5000 from paytm. After sometime he called again and said there is some type of GST Tax levied by my state government so I’ve to pay more Rs. 11,900 to them. When I refused to pay the amount and asked for refund he said he will call me after 1 hour and didn’t called me. I request you to kindly initiate my refund of Rs. 5000 to me .
I’ve made a payment to your bank account on 21/10/2022 at 01:29 pm of Rs. 5000.
