Fraudulent order got placed.
Automated call came on phone to confirm order.
I do not understand why automated calls should be triggered to confirm order…somehow unknowingly small kid placed 1 to confirm.
Order was delivered to doorstep…and whoever at home pays for delivery .
And to our surprise this is non returnable product with payment option as COD…which was never been ordered by us.
If you are not at home …it means someone at home will pay for it.
And this is how fraud is happening in Flipkart.
