On 21 Aug an online fraud happened via mobile site indiatravel.apk or indiantravel.net while trying to book a cab a convience fee of Rs 101 was asked to pay and Fraudsters charged on my credit Cards worth Rs 4.5 Lacs. When i chased Paytm as transactions happened via PAYTM 3 transactions got reverted back, but 2 transactions Paytm did not reversed and even though they mentioned credit accounds have been blocked still my money is not refunded back even after multiple followups. Kindly take strict action against them as I have to pay Rs 2 lacs to Indusind and HDFC bank for fraudlent transactions on my credit cards.
