I had ordered (Dec17,2022) One liter Nestle Desi Ghee, and had to make prepayment of Rs.407/- via net banking for the same as COD option was not available. Tried to contact on phone received a message that all of their customer care executives are busy and will contact me later, tried to send them mail on their email addresses (custometrcare@pohunch.com and customersupport@pohunch.com) but they remained undelivered. Kindly ensure that I receive my money back.
