I have ordered a dress from fashion_vlogs_ethnic & she confirmed easy 15 day return is available if there is any issue but when I received my order
courier boy don’t allowed me to open the parcel & payment is taken by him. Now when I text her that product is not same as shown in image on insta & size is not correct so she is not responding on my messages/ call on Instagram. She has seen all the messages but not responded. Even contact no. was also switched off after order delivery. I want to take action on these kind of fraud sellers on Instagram & need my money back from them.
