I have booked a slot of Bharat Matrimony where astrology part is present where it is mentioned team will call regarding this booking and slot confirmation. But nobody called me. And when i click on help button then I directly move to whats app chat where I got no reply from them till now. Again when i called customer care number of Bharat matrimony aap then they told me that now astrologer consultation is no longer available.
After that I make so many request with them they have registered complaint with no 656226 and send me official message. But i want my refund now please give me my money back.
It has been 18 days and they told me within 15 days i will get my refund. On 16 Oct 2024, when i called customer care of Bharat Matrimony they told you can take legal action whatever u want astrology was third party only. They don’t know anything about that. If it is like that then they should mentioned about it and they told they have no refund policy if it is like that then why they mentioned I will get my refund within 15 days and also why senior person told me they don’t know about astrology of it is policy. Bharat matrimony is fraud and fake site and they told they are approved from government isn’t? I have attached mail conversation with them please see and take action
